Spring Education Group, the largest operator of private schools in the U.S., is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Early Childhood Education facilities! If you're driven, self-motivated, and eager to make a difference in the educational sector, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for current and future openings across multiple school sites.• Source candidates using innovative methods, including social media, Boolean searches, networking, and professional events.• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for skills and cultural fit.• Contribute to recruitment efforts on social media platforms.• Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system.• Participate in internal and external hiring events.• Establish relationships with universities and education associations.• Develop and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication.• Build talent networks and source passive candidates for future needs.• Align talent to business needs through a comprehensive understanding of each school's culture.• Advise hiring managers on recruitment trends and best practices.• Use social and professional networking sites creatively to source candidates.Competencies:• Flexible, self-motivated, and driven.• Strong team collaboration skills.• Expert time management and interpersonal skills.• Knowledge of recruitment assessment and selection.• Excellent organizational and communication skills.• Proficient in internet search techniques and Microsoft Office.• Experience with applicant tracking systems and behavioral interviewing.• Committed to education.Required Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree• 2+ years of recruitment experience.Preferred Experience:• High-Volume Recruiting• Education-Based recruiting experience.• Understanding of teacher motivations and cultural differences.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
