You will report to the Director of Revenue Accounting and have high visibility with our Executive Leadership team.In this role, you will be responsible for revenue operations and accounting related activities. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Revenue accounting rules under US GAAP and have operational experience in handling the revenue process in a technology company. We are also looking for someone who thrives and enjoys working in a fast-paced, complex environment to support our continued growth and success. This job is fully remote for US based candidates.Main Responsibilities:• Lead, develop and mentor a team of Sr. Revenue accountants.• Review customer contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606.• Analyze and report key revenue metrics and results.• Work closely with Order Management and Billings team on all customer contract matters.• Perform and review the monthly close tasks associated with revenue process, including account reconciliations, journal entries and revenue trend analysis.• Perform the monthly close tasks associated with ASC340-40 and capitalized commissions• Work closely with external audit team regarding all quarterly review and annual audit requirements.• Assist in the design, development and implementation of global revenue process controls• Support the completion of all revenue related disclosures in the financial statements.• Participate in ad‐hoc projects as requiredDesired Skills and Experience:• Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred)• 5‐7 years of experience in an accounting role with at least 4-5 years in a revenue accounting role.• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field• CPA Plus• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills, NetSuite accounting system and Salesforce CRM a plusWhy You'll Love Sprinklr:We're committed to creating a culture where you feel like you belong, are happier today than you were yesterday, and your contributions matter. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.
