About The Role 


This is a remote role, but will require 30-50% of travel.

We are seeking a Clinical Training and Education Manager to build and scale a robust clinical training program from the ground up. This individual will design, implement, and manage a comprehensive training platform that ensures clinicians across in-person and virtual settings are equipped with the tools, skills, and knowledge to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate has experience in clinical education, thrives in a startup environment, and is passionate about empowering healthcare providers to maintain competencies and deliver high-quality care.


Key responsibilities include ...
  • Program Development and Implementation:Build and launch a scalable clinical training program tailored for in-person and virtual clinicians.Develop core competencies, training protocols, and assessment frameworks for clinical roles.Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps, training needs, and priorities across the organization.
  • Content Creation and Delivery:Design engaging, evidence-based training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.Develop standardized onboarding processes for clinicians to ensure role readiness from day one.Manage the delivery of live (virtual/in-person) and asynchronous training sessions.
  • Competency Management and Quality Assurance:Implement processes for competency assessments, skills validation, and continuing education.Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on clinician feedback and key performance metrics.Ensure training content adheres to current clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Platform Design and Optimization:Identify and leverage learning management systems (LMS) or training tools to house content, track progress, and measure outcomes.Ensure scalability and user-friendly access to training materials for a geographically dispersed team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with clinical leadership, operations, compliance and People to align training with organizational goals.Support professional development initiatives to retain and grow clinical talent.Collaborate with quality, legal, and compliance teams to ensure clinical competencies meet all regulatory requirements.

Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical training, education, or a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, and preferred if in Nursing, Healthcare Education, or related clinical field.
  • Active clinical licensure (RN, NP, or similar) is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and drive initiatives independently.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), content development tools, and virtual training platforms.

$100,000 - $150,000 a year
The base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $150,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include benefits.
