The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will optimise and manage customer experience processes, analyse performance data, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, technical skills, and a passion for driving customer experience efficiency and effectiveness.


Some key responsibilities of the role -
  • Optimize processes and workflows, manage customer experience tools, and streamline feedback collection and actioning.
  • Analyze performance data, provide insights, and maintain dashboards and reports to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the customer support and success teams to plan, execute, and optimize customer experience initiatives.
  • Optimize automation platforms, ensure data integrity, and manage the customer experience technology stack.
  • Support customer experience initiatives and act as a liaison to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts.


Some key requirements of the role -
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success operations, sales operations, customer analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in customer experience tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hubspot, Zendesk)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
