Responsibilities
Proactively apply the SPS Governance Model for client satisfaction
Standardize policies and procedures with monthly reporting and benchmarks
Drive operational improvements and solution design
Troubleshoot and resolve client and site management issues
Manage site financials and oversee special projects
Lead vendor partner negotiations and manage staff schedules
Maintain a safe working environment and track client requests
Participate in client business reviews and SPS events
Develop and cross train operations team
Convey information clearly and maintain accountability
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 4+ years in relationship building and operational management
