Client Service Manager
The Client Service Manager position is responsible for overseeing multiple sites or projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities
- Proactively apply the SPS Governance Model for client satisfaction
- Standardize policies and procedures with monthly reporting and benchmarks
- Drive operational improvements and solution design
- Troubleshoot and resolve client and site management issues
- Manage site financials and oversee special projects
- Lead vendor partner negotiations and manage staff schedules
- Maintain a safe working environment and track client requests
- Participate in client business reviews and SPS events
- Develop and cross train operations team
- Convey information clearly and maintain accountability
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years in relationship building and operational management
