Sr Director of Customer Success - Americas

SpyCloud is looking for a Sr Director of Customer Success to lead strategic initiatives for increased customer engagement and service-led growth. The position involves deepening customer relationships, managing account health, and driving positive outcomes through SpyCloud products and services.

Skills

8+ years of Customer Success experience with deep technical needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in cybersecurity and risk protection preferred

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for customer engagement and growth
Manage account health and surface growth opportunities
Build strong relationships with customers at all levels
Drive Customer Success cadence and long-term strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve customer goals
