What to expect:
This position is a one-time, 1-day contract. It is on-site in Anderson, SC. Will pay up to $350 for travel.
What you’ll do:
Provide Supplier Quality Development Services for our client at their facilities and global supplier locations. Services include virtual and onsite assessment of products & processes according to requirements and specifications via QuaSAR and ProBAR. Quality assessment services include assessment of suppliers quality management system (QMS) against QuaSAR QMS requirements and ProBAR product quality requirements including assessments of suppliers procedures, work instructions, personnel interviews, and QMS documentation review.
Assessment may consist of, but not be limited to, the following activities:
a. Client will coordinate with vendors for onsite assessment logistics and SQA will schedule the inspector and follow instructions for on-site access the day of the assessment via established through Buganizer.
b. Compilation of final assessment reports, incorporate evidence, review final assessment scores, identified gaps with vendors
c. Verification that inspection equipment used to take measurements is capable of detecting defects.
d. Verification that inspection methodology, controls, records traceability, test methods, design verifications, supplier’s root cause and corrective actions, sampling approach, and records of in-process control is adequate per drawing intent and manufacturing process requirement specifications.
e. Audit and validate the execution to the source inspection plan.
f. Create, update, and maintain assigned QuaSAR & ProBAR bugs for onsite assessment events.
g. Ensuring the supplier's quality control system documents the findings and has CAPA procedures and work instructions for Quality Management System improvements.
h. Assess and witness tests on behalf of the client, including but not limited to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for all equipment. Assess to validate equipment is acceptable with no issues and compliance to the Level 1 commissioning process (Red/Orange tags) before shipment to the Data Center.
i. Collaborate with suppliers and sites to analyze failure modes and map out the process points with where SQA inspection points are and assure failure modes are covered in the SQA inspection plan for process and products.
