Sales Operations Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales operations, business analysis, and hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM. This role will involve analyzing sales data, creating reports, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.Responsibilities• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and provide insights to the sales team and management.• Assist in sales forecasting processes to ensure accurate and reliable predictions of future sales performance.• Support the development and management of sales quotas, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with business goals.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.• Assist in the management and optimization of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.• Provide training and support for Salesforce CPQ and other sales tools to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support of overall business objectives.Qualifications:Qualifications• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS company.• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM.• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.• Adept at communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that drive sales efficiency.• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including reporting and analytics.• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, or other data visualization tools.• Experience with other sales tools and technologies (e.g., Sales Enablement platforms).• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.• What Makes You a Great Fit• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.• Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.• Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams.• Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Additional InformationInsurance: Gain peace of mind with comprehensive medical, dental, & vision.Exceptional 401k Match: We've got your financial future covered.
