Deployment Senior Analyst, Operations Transformation, PLK

Job Overview:

Popeyes is seeking a Deployment Senior Analyst to manage the deployment of a set of Operations, Digital, and Technology transformation initiatives to simplify kitchen operations and make Popeyes restaurants easier to run. This person will lead the deployment of these transformation initiatives to pilot restaurants by engaging, advising, and informing key internal & external stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, conversion, and opening. They will liaise between the Operations, Technology, and Development teams to make sure all necessary activities are complete so the restaurants can open successfully, on time, on schedule, and within budget. The Deployment Manager will also document key learnings from the deployments at these pilot restaurants to create a "conversion playbook" that will be used by franchisees and their teams support restaurant remodel brand mandates which will include the Operations, Digital, and Technology transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of a set of key Operations, Digital, and Technology transformation initiatives across pilot restaurants.
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, conversion, and opening of restaurants with these transformation initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and document deployment steps into a "conversion playbook" necessary to ensure successful onboarding, conversion, and opening of restaurants across the Popeyes system to support restaurant remodel brand mandates following completion of the pilot program.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional experience managing large projects or transformation initiatives.
  • Program management, communication, stakeholder management, with a track record of achieving engagement from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting the documentation and implementation of operational improvements to enable standardization, compliance, and scalability.
  • Experience in the QSR industry and/or operations background is a plus.
