How you can make a difference

The Senior Business Analyst will be working in one of the fastest growing industries-Healthcare Financial Management. The position requires flexibility and creativity in gathering and interpreting information to then be translated into detailed business requirements or leveraged for process improvements. Excellent analytical skills are required, with the ability to extract, analyze and report on information gathered from internal systems, databases, and external resources. With general direction and considerable latitude for independent judgment and discretion, this position will gather business information and mold it into actionable decisions for Product.

What you’ll be doing

Meeting with stakeholders to elicit requirements and document processes.
Develop and document use cases used to inform solutioning decisions.
Participate in Product discovery efforts and conduct GAP analysis.
Provide SCRUM team support within the SDLC to clear team blockers.
Document product capabilities and serve as a product subject matter expert.
Assess the severity, impact, and root cause of production defects.
Develop product recommendations based on data analysis.
Assist with development and execution of test plans.
Keep team members informed of items that impact their projects.

What you will need to be successful

Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills working within diverse and complex projects.
Ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Strong problem and issue resolution experience.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization.
Highly motivated and be able to work independently with little supervision.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience reading, writing, and executing SQL scripts.
Excellent data driven storytelling and documentation skills using clear and compelling visuals.
Experience working within an Agile development environment.
3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Salary Range: $74500.00 To $115500.00 / year Benefits & Perks:

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
