Make an Impact
We’re looking for a sharp Senior Copywriter to lead brand messaging for Fossil’s owned and licensed brands. As a Sr. Copywriter, you will collaborate with passionate teams of designers, strategists, marketers, merchants and creatives to brainstorm ideas, wordsmith concepts and create distinctive brand voices that are relevant, emotionally engaging and that build connections with consumers.

Serve as the lead brand writer for key brands in the Fossil Group portfolio, including MICHELE, Armani, Michael Kors and Kate Spade

Concept big ideas (and small ones) to drive distinctive, culturally relevant and emotionally resonant brand experiences and activations

Partner with Brand Development teams to build messaging architecture for campaigns that are focused, consistent and distinctive

Develop copy for omnichannel brand communications including eCommerce, digital marketing, paid social, packaging, video and marketing collateral

Effectively present creative concepts and communicate messaging rationales

Amend, revise or redevelop copy in response to feedback from brand team, marketing, merchants and creative leadership

Serve as the brand voice authority, defining the voice of each brand and ensuring consistency in all channels

Stay up-to-date on industry trends for marketing and copywriting, growing your skills as best practices evolve

Serve as copywriting support for Fossil and Skagen brand copy teams as needed

Constantly comb your work (and others’) for typos, logic, grammar and consistency
