The Sr HR Service Center Associate provides expertise and administrative support to various HR functions including, but not limited to leave management, license & credentialing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, training & development, health promotions, and all other functions of Human Resources.
**Candidates must reside in NE or IA***
Monday - Friday; first shift. This role has the opportunity to work from home in a hybrid capacity, but not fully remote

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years' customer service experience in required.
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree OR equivalent combination of education/experience combined (one year of education equals one year of experience) required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and Protected Health Information (PHI) required.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and completing priorities required.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication required.
  • Attention to detail required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience in a human resources environment preferred.
  • Human resources leave management experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Previous experience with an HRIS system preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of general HR practices and governmental regulations preferred.
