About This Role

We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for JBLM, Ft.Lewis log point. The log point is an inventory control point for Shadow Uncrewed Systems operations. This positions typically requires continuous support with a 5-day work week and 8 hour days. Depending on unit operations, this schedule is flexible and may shift at times. This log point houses spare inventory and is responsible for moving the inventory in a timely manner to support the flight readiness of all supported units.


Job Responsibilities:

Supply Support personnel for the Log Points maintain site inventory, handle shipping and receiving, and ensure records, logbooks, and COLTS Data are updated and maintained. Requisition processing and management is included in these tasks, ensuring readiness levels are at the highest level, providing the War Fighter the means to be successful.


Additional tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Open all shipments to site (shelters, spares, etc.)
  • Log items /maintain inventory control database
  • Auditing and accountability
  • Backfill and Sparing management
  • Serviceable/Unserviceable equipment flow to and from each repair activity
  • Government Furnished Property (GFP) Control
  • Issuing of parts - requisition control
  • Complete TAMMS forms
  • Maintain database record and COLTS entries
  • Create COLTS requisitions in the COLTS mailbox
  • Perform packing/shipping functions
  • Prepare shipments back to Hunt Valley Depot
  • Facilitate calibration requirements


Required Education/Experiences:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a Security Clearance
  • Military or Defense business experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of COLTS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous logistics experience
  • Shadow product knowledge

Other Factors:

This position has the following physical demands: Walking, Driving, individually lifting up to 75 LBS, and assist with lifting greater than 75 LBS. The work environment will be split between working in a warehouse and office space.

The pay range should be used as a general guideline only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $49,200 - $73,000 per year.
