Eightfold is searching for a visionary leader to join our Insights & Analytics team to help executives around the world answer the most pressing talent questions and make AI-enabled data-driven informed talent decisions. As the Insights & Analytics Leader, you will immerse yourself in problem-solving, generate innovative insights, and develop thought leadership on future of talent and work. You will also interface with senior executives at our customers and partners globally to drive insights development and help shape the future of HR. What you will do (learn to do): Take charge of the Insights & Analytics delivery for customer engagements: problem solving, generating, and communicating insights. Lead a team of analysts, with full responsibility for engagement, performance and development across all team members. Develop groundbreaking point of views on how Talent challenges of today and tomorrow can be solved. Engage with C-Suite/Executive at our customers and partners on talent insights / perspectives. Communicate frequently with internal and external customers at a senior level on analytics vision and roadmaps. Collaborate with our Engineering team to automate and productize the analyses & insights. Stay current with emerging HR technology analytics trends and recommend new solutions to enhance our offerings What you bring: Minimum of 5-10+ years of work experience in management consulting or analytics. Passion for solving today's Talent challenges with Data, AI and Insights. Passion for helping shape how HR works in the era of data and AI. Natural problem-solver who is comfortable with large data sets, identifying patterns, and connecting them all back to business problems. Exceptional communication skills to distill large data volumes and analyses into simple, actionable insights. Executive Communication skills: comfortable with engaging with CHROs and their teams. Relationship building expertise: ability to build trust quickly, a high degree of empathy and expertise at managing senior executive relationships. Nice to haves: Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, engineering or any quantitative major; MBA is a plus Experience from any: Boston Consulting, Bain, McKinsey, Deloitte or Accenture, PWC, or Gartner. Please note this role is open to all US locations and is categorized as a remote position. The information below is provided for candidates hired in Colorado, New York, or California. Pay Transparency In New York and in Bay Area, the standard base pay range for this role is $215,000 - $253,000 USD annually. In Colorado, the standard base pay range for this role is $160,000 - $199,000 annually. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards, benefits, and discretionary bonuses or commissions. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location within the state.
