Performance Health is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our US and International pricing strategies and executing the RFP (Request for Proposal) process. This role will be tasked with analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal costs to ensure that our pricing is competitive, profitable and sustainable. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute pricing strategies for our US and international markets, including identifying pricing opportunities and recommending pricing adjustments to improve profitability and pricing consistencyCollaborate with sales, marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop pricing models and proposals that meet business needsAnalyze competitive pricing and costs to provide insights and recommendations for pricing decisionsPrepare and respond to RFPs from existing and potential customers, ensuring the proposals meet customer requirements and are competitiveDevelop, maintain and communicate pricing tools/models to key business stakeholdersPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in pricing or financial analysisExperience working with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies and modelsStrong analytical skills with high proficiency in ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate pricing concepts to stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesDatabase and ERP experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily.
