Here's what you'll be working on:
- Lead the solutioning, administration and implementation of a proprietary CRM system that connects workflows across the company
- Create short- and long-term operational roadmaps (incl. budgeting and resource allocation) that address current needs as well as futureproofs processes
- Conduct system trainings and ensure ongoing CRM adoption by new and existing employees, with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
- Assist teams in QA processes, resolve key questions and lead troubleshooting
- Manage cross-functional relationships with operations leaders and teams across the company (Product, Editorial, Growth, Revenue, etc.) and external vendors to ensure CRM processes are optimized and to implement relevant recommendations
- Maintain a centralized repository of processes and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations
What makes you qualified?
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years experience with CRM management. Bonus if experience comes from media or a fast growth startup environment.
- Excellent communication / collaboration skills: role involves building strong relationships across the organization and communicating / presenting ideas clearly to cross-functional and technical teams
- You have a strong problem-solving track record – you’re able to think critically through unique problems with no set playbook and quickly implement a path to a solution
- Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to create timelines and prioritize needs accordingly
