Sr Supply Chain Compliance Systems Analyst

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for developing innovation solutions? Join our team! The Sr Supply Chain Compliance Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing the technical and compliant execution of SNC's Source-to-Pay (S2P) project and tasking in system areas such as application development, application compliance, systems compliance, business intelligence, and others. In addition to coordination and oversight of technical tasks during the execution phase of the S2P project, the Sr Supply Chain Compliance Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting compliance and regulatory requirements by interviewing and understanding procurement system and compliance needs. You will have a strong understanding of IT practices, Government Procurement, Compliance and terminology in order to be knowledgeable enough to know when to raise questions in order to correctly drive the project execution and sustainment tasking to completion.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

This role is open to a hybrid schedule

Responsibilities Include:
Develop audit road-map and plan to validate system controls and compliance standards
Research and interpret system logs and records
Decipher complex workflows and user/system interaction
Requirements analysis and decomposition with a compliance and system controls perspective
Systems validation & verification
Model based development process and alignment
Customer interaction
Audit Project oversight and coordination


Must-haves:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Contract Administration with at least 10 or more years of relevant experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
5+ years of compliance experience
5+ years of experience in systems applications and products in data processing in a Source-to-Pay (Invalua) or similar systems
5+ years of experience with subcontract/procurement compliance with public laws, policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) and ITAR and import/export requirements
Experience in the ability to research and interpret systems logs and records
Experience deciphering complex workflows and user/systems interactions

Preferred:
Able to quickly understand processes and ensure adherence to the same
Experience reviewing and advising to process and system improvements in an automated environment
Experience testing / validating software with the lens of system compliance
Experience reviewing and advising to software application / system improvements in an automated environment
Experience testing / validating software with the lens of system compliance
Must be able to deploy a systematic approach to work and must have an aptitude for performing work functions in a timely and well-organized manner with limited oversight
Adapt to constantly changing work assignments, consistently make timely decisions while balancing conflicting goals with decisiveness in an ambiguous environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up-like atmosphere
Participation in a culture of excellence and teamwork
Ability to clearly and concisely conveys subtle or complex messages to a variety of audiences, both written and verbal

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $120,552.10 - $165,759.14. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more .
