Sr Talent Consultant - Strategic Workforce Planning

What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Sr. Talent Consultant to join our Talent Management team. In this role, you’ll lead the enterprise strategic workforce planning process, tools and capabilities! You'll also have the opportunity to consult on organizational design and change management.

  • Consult with and influence leaders, and HR business partners on appropriate use of framework, processes, external insights and talent data and metrics for optimal decision making related to talent decisions and planning.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sources to develop and maintain expertise in strategic workforce planning and incorporate learnings.
  • Analyze HR dashboard data, ensuring insights are accessible and consumable.
Who You Are:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • You have 8 or more years of work-related experience with specific expertise within workforce planning related areas.
  • Ability to assess organizational talent issues and develop proactive strategic solutions.
  • Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with various stakeholders.
  • Lead work independently and at senior levels within the organization, with strong project and time management.
  • Strong relationship-building talents and can consult and influence at both the business unit and organization levels.

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Prior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience is a plus.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $95200 - $182400 / year Additional Information:

Work Environments

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.

Job Level

We’ll consider talent at the next level with the right experiences and skills. To be considered at the next level, you'll need direct workforce planning experience.
