Job Summary :
Ensures new and existing ACI customers receive a first-class delivery service in accordance with customer expectations and contractual agreements. Primarily responsible for the configuration of solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization , (i.e., billable hours).
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzes client’s business needs, integrates client’s business strategies, and recommends appropriate information technology solutions utilizing ACI’s methodologies. Conducts analysis of corporate objectives , business functions and processes. .
- Implements the customer’s base configuration and routing of the High Value Payments workflow based on the design provided by the Solution Architect .
- Recommends changes to configuration and routing base d on understanding of the customer’s functional, non-functional, and technical requirements .
- Provides analysis, consultation, and advice to project delivery associates on all technical aspects of the engagement. Recommends and implements process improvements.
- Assists customer s with implementation efforts as necessary to ensure successful product adoption.
- Anticipates the implications and consequences of risks or business situations and takes appropriate action to prepare for mitigation actions and or contingencies. Identifies information needed to clarify a risk or business situation, seeks that information from appropriate sources and uses skillful questioning to draw out the information.
- Application Configuration and customer routines.
- Interface integration.
- May assist with Data migration.
- Perform s other technical and non-technical duties as assigned.
- Understand and adhere to all corporate policies including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required for the job :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- AIX and Linux
- Groovy Scripting
- Cobol and or Java experience.
- Strong Wires/Money Transfer domain experience – RTGS, SWIFT, FED, CHIPS, CHAPS, SEPA, Target, Target2, ISO 2022, etc.
- Application troubleshooting
- XML , JSON, API experience
- 2+ years' relevant experience.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems/Management preferred.

- Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
