Sr, Treasury Generalist

Your field of responsibility

Applicant's responsibilities which span across the Americas Treasury organization including coverage, finance, entity management, and special projects. Some of the examples include:

  • Data analyses for root cause identification and leading the strategy for corrective measures
  • Production of treasury P&L metrics highlighting the main drivers and key contributors of month on month variances. This encompasses development of quarterly and annual forecast, along with multi year financial plan
  • Presentation of information to senior management and regulators on a variety of topics e.g. P&L, liquidity metrics, key market developments etc
  • Lead/assist in value additive projects on a variety of treasury initiatives that is likely to involve collaboration with other collaborators across the bank e.g. business lines, treasury execution team, product control, risk etc
  • Maintain a robust control in all activities including evidence of review and 4-eye checks, and includes assisting Audit in review of key Treasury processes
  • Assist senior colleagues on broader initiatives such as CCAR, RRP, Contingency Funding Planning, Stress testing etc
  • Development of governance frameworks and policies as needed

As a member of Americas Treasury the applicant will be acting as guardian of the banks financial franchise and optimize the use of financial resources. As part of the Treasury team based in Raleigh one will have exposure to senior management across Liquidity, Coverage, Finance, Regulatory reporting, Risk and to business divisions. The role has a front facing element and the individual will work closely with key internal and external partners. Your skills and experience


We are looking for applicants who possess a University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Finance along with preferably proven/equivalent experience of 5-7 years in Treasury, Controlling, Financial Accounting or Management Consulting

  • Self-starter with ability to define own activities based on the vision and high level requirements from supervisors
  • The role has a broad scope so it is ideal for candidates that can adapt and grow in an unstructured environment with new or different priorities every single day
  • Proven experience in dealing with a number of senior partners and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS office technologies (Excel, Power Point and Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination and problem solving skills
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value varied perspectives.
