The Team You'll Join:

As Revenue Operations Senior Associate, you will report to the Head of Revenue Operations. The Revenue Operations team plays an instrumental role in helping our Sales, Marketing & Customer teams be successful through planning, reporting and process improvement at ActionIQ.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Own our Go-To-Market tech stack across our Sales, Marketing and Customer Org.
  • Salesforce & Hubspot administration including but not limited to: building automation and flows, integrations with other tools, reporting & dashboards, and designing workflows and processes.
  • Maintain data integrity across our systems by designing, executing and auditing our internal systems.
  • Manage users, roles, groups, sharing rules, and workflows to maintain the right level of security across our tools.
  • Partner with enablement to document, train and educate our internal teams on how to use and maximize our GTM tech stack.
  • Be the technical owner for key business processes including data enrichment, engagement, CPQ, lead routing, forecasting, commissions, and more.
  • Gather requirements, evaluate and implement new tools and make them successful.
  • Support our internal teams by fielding questions & solving problems.
  • Day-to-day operational support for our GTM teams including territory management, segmentation, lead/contact lists, and campaign management.
  • Come up with new ideas on how we can reduce churn, increase revenue, improve efficiency and reduce cost.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM management working directly with Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Salesforce Certification, Hubspot a plus
  • Analytical mindset with quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly and easily
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities with high attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
  • An interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities, and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Our compensation package includes base salary, stock options, and the great benefits shown below.
    • The salary range for this role is: $95,000 - $105,000
