BRANCH DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Should be able to generate leads and take the entire sales cycle to closure with limited or no intervention from Manager
· Ensuring prompt customer service & implementing various customer related initiatives in assigned region.
· Ensuring that the ‘IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, that are in force are adhered to in their respective area.
· Visit potential customers for new business
· Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales and profitability goals establish by the Direct-Sales Management
· Keep database current and accurate with target customer, current customer, and future customer
· Ensuring that business targets are met month on month.
· Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
· Support in initiating branch engagement and marketing activities and growth campaigns.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND EXPECTATIONS:
1. Direct sales / Agency sales background.
2. BDE should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.
3. Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill.
4. Minimum 2 Years of insurance sales experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
