The Sr Client Services Manager for BidSwitch will play a vital role in the continued growth of the BidSwitch business and be responsible for the management of BidSwitch’s key demand and supply partner relationships.
The Sr Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day DSP and SSP relationships and ensuring ongoing health and growth of these accounts. They will work closely with cross-functional leads and play a key role in cultivating client relationships, setting business processes and providing business consultation as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. In this role, we are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual, with a skill for multi-tasking and a desire to grow their commercial career.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day communications and interactions with Tier 1/2 BidSwitch supply and demand partners
Work cross-functionally internally and externally to own and execute all existing partner contracting needs and subsequent integrations
Up-sell and cross-sell new BidSwitch products to existing and new partners, where applicable
Subject matter expert on partner commercial agreements and related addenda
Drive long-term partnership value by developing an understanding of the client’s businesses, their technical challenges, operating environment, capabilities and goals, as well as the advertising technology industry and competitive landscape
Serve as internal cross-functional liaison for enabling our customers with top class support and account maintenance, as well as align these internal teams and stakeholders in account vision and business delivery
Leverage knowledge of BidSwitch offerings to problem solve with the client and co-create valuable solutions; lead analyses of performance trends and opportunities that can facilitate expansion of our partner relationships
Comfortable and skillful in presenting insights, data & performance metrics during client meetings and/or QBRs
Leverage large and abstract datasets to provide easily understandable and actionable insights to clients
BA/BS degree required
5-7 years of experience in the online advertising industry in a vendor or client-facing role
Knowledge and familiarity with programmatic media trading, industry players, and RTB related technologies
Experience in managing large/complex accounts, formulating account plans and strategic business reviews
Strong consultative sales and analytical skills; technical skills a plus
Rich understanding of data analysis; ability to provide actionable insights from the analysis of complex datasets. A love of problem solving through data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
Ability to multi-task and work on deadline driven projects
Comfortable with balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders, while delivering to notch customer service
Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment
Ability to travel

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$105000-$125000Certain roles at Criteo are eligible for additional rewards, including quarterly or annual bonus and restricted stock units.
