About the Role
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Compensation, the Senior Compensation Analyst will support the Total Rewards team in the design and delivery of Glassdoor's global compensation programs with a particular focus on promoting pay-for-performance and fostering salary transparency. We are seeking an individual who possesses strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to data integrity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal leaders and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision making.
What You'll Do
Support administration of year-end focal review cycle (merit, promotion, bonus, stock), ensuring data integrity, system setup, etc.
Prepare market data analyses, modeling, and reporting to assess results and market trends and make recommendations to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business needs, industry trends, and best practices; comfortable with manipulating large data sets and providing insights.
Partner with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to review job descriptions, job matches, market pricing, leveling, compensation ranges, and ad-hoc compensation requests as needed.
Manage and participate in annual survey submission and serve as primary point of contact for survey providers.
Maintain all global compensation policies and guidelines documentation to ensure a unified message across the organization.
Work with People Ops and IT teams for process improvements (e.g., using Workday) with strong attention to data accuracy; drive audits related to compensation controls.
What You'll Bring
A commitment to add to our culture of DEI
3-4 years of progressive experience in compensation with in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and standard methodologies.
Experience with Workday is a huge plus; Workday Advanced Compensation a plus.
Experience with salary surveys (Radford highly preferred)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a track record for providing clear insights and recommendations with an emphasis on data integrity
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively and able to prioritize competing projects to meet deadlines.
Base Salary Range*: $112,700 - $140,900

Annual Bonus Target**: 10%
