Overview:
An expert on all things digital, the Amazon Marketing Manager will lead Amazon marketing strategy (search, display, native, programmatic, content, etc.), set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign performance for assigned brand(s) in partnership with media agency. This position will maintain ownership of all aspects of program management, including, and not limited to, help to define planning parameters, budget requirements, target audience definition and much more to ensure a data-driven strategic media mix is developed and executed in order to achieve business goals. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the core businesses, including Sales, Product and Marketing teams. This individual will also work closely with external agencies.
This role will focus predominantly on Amazon marketing initiatives and will also be responsible for paid media support across other retailers as needed.

Promotion

Develop Amazon marketing strategy, inclusive of AMS & AMG) in partnership with marketing and sales leadership

Manage Amazon agency partner for continued best in class performance

Apply PPC (Pay Per Click) best practices for Amazon Sponsored Product ads

Manage Amazon vine and influencer marketing in partnership with brand & social team

Development of product marketing promotion plan for Amazon success
Store Listings/Optimization

Own the Amazon store experience for OtterBox across the North American markets

Continually optimize the existing brand store, product pages and A+ content to drive traffic and sales for existing and new products

Partner with brand team to develop messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines and Amazon standards

Regularly refresh rich media content for existing products
Analytics

Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics to allocate spend to best performers

Partner with sales team to monitor sales and pricing performance to align with campaigns

Analyze digital sales performance metrics, modifying plans as needed to deliver against targets

Report ROI analysis, campaign tracking, web stats, competitive analysis, and promotion analysis

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent is required

Minimum of six years experience in digital marketing and executing campaigns

Minimum of two years experience managing AMS and AMG campaigns
-
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Vendor Central experience required
