SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and data-driven Sr. Digital Media Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of highly visible paid media campaigns across display, video, and social media platforms for the Americas region. You will partner and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of media campaigns, continuous testing, optimization, and sharing of insights.

In collaboration with the Sr Director, Performance & Revenue Marketing, you will create and execute innovative, performance-driven paid campaigns that accelerate our acquisition, activation and retention efforts. With a focus on the Americas, you will partner with key stakeholders, including: web, field marketing, integrated programs, brand, events and external agencies. You will be hyper-focused on ensuring we deliver an impactful message to prospects and customers at the right time, in the right channel throughout the buyer's journey and customer lifecycle. As well, you will continually optimize our paid programs with a strong drive to test, learn and iterate while pushing the boundaries of what's possible and delivering the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic paid media marketing plans, aligning to Pure's core initiatives, brand vision, and performance goals
  • Execute and manage paid digital media campaigns across display, video, and social media that support strategic digital marketing goals (ROAS, ROI and KPIs) to increase awareness, engagement and conversion throughout the funnel and aligned to key personas within buying groups while maximizing on marketing investment.
  • Manage and maintain quarterly budgets and allocations by paid tactic, ensuring budget pacing is on track and deliver a positive return on investment.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Web, Field Marketing, SEO, Integrated Programs, Brand, Events) to educate, inform, and report on program performance and provide recommendations for program optimizations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of necessary campaign materials required to meet campaign objectives
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and external partners (media agencies, platforms, etc.) to manage execution of paid programs.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.
  • Implement and continually test new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns, and tools
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven approaches, and provide regular reports on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify new opportunities for Pure to leverage emerging channels and technologies.
  • Be Pure Storage's resident in house digital media advertising expert, educating other departments on the value of digital marketing and promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of direct experience managing best-in-class digital programs, digital media planning and execution for paid search, social, content syndication and programmatic media (inclusive of all ad types).
  • B2B technology experience preferred and strong familiarity with the B2B marketing funnel and customer acquisition process as well as experience marketing to Strategic Accounts and Enterprise segments leveraging intent signals, targeting and ABM tactics.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google AdWords, Google Analytics and other ad platforms. Google AdWords certification preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge with Adobe Analytics or other analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, highly collaborative and creative thinker.
  • Excellent with deadlines, deliverables, and juggling multiple projects at once, across multiple markets.

The annual base salary range is: $141,000 – $212,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
