About the role:

Reporting to the CFO, the Sr. Director of FP&A will serve as a critical member of the finance leadership team. We are looking for an exceptional business partner to support the hyper growth stage of the business, increase our team's ability to anticipate business issues, and drive informed decision-making through sound financial management. The successful candidate must have a proven strategic thinker while being capable of driving detailed, tactical execution.

You will be responsible for overall company financial planning to include build and maintain company financial model, forecast & metrics, management reporting and also provide support cross functionally on capital and resource allocation. You will work closely with the entire executive team and cross functional key stakeholders and guide change.

Responsibility:

• Lead the company financial planning cycle, including the long range financial plan, annual plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts
• Lead the process to accurately forecast results and ensure that company have the appropriate tools to support higher value-added decision-making
• Identify and monitor significant business trends, variances and levers in the business
• Be a thought leader and support business leaders with the insights to operate and grow the business, to improve top-line and overall margin, to drive sound financial decisions and operational efficiencies
• Work closely with Global Controller on ongoing short and long-term improvements and scaling initiatives via automation, finance's processes, systems, and tools
• Prepare monthly, quarterly reporting packages for management and Board of Directors meetings
• Investigate and resolve variances in budgets, reporting, controls, and accounting
• Help drive finance discipline, fact-based decision-making and financial visibility across the company
• Help drive dialogue between key stakeholders to establish and evolve organizational KPIs
• Build and mentor solid FP&A team

Qualifications:

• Proven strategic thinker who is capable of distilling, packaging, and presenting complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
• A strong business person who knows how to partner with senior executives, cross functional stakeholders and guide change
• 10+ years of FP&A experience, including leading an FP&A team in fast paced environments
• Prior experience with B2B2C and/or digital healthcare a plus
• Expert excel, google sheet and presentation capabilities
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and data driven while able to keep 'big picture' message
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adaptable to change.
• CFA charterholder a plus
