Home & Life Business Unit within IoT is one of the largest and fastest growing revenue segments within the company and includes integrated circuits, certified modules and software targeting high performance, and low-power applications. Our portfolio of industry leading wireless solutions features Bluetooth/Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE), Wi-Fi, Sub-GHz long range, Zigbee, Z-Wave, OpenThread and other emerging technologies. It addresses Consumer, Medical, Smart Appliances and Home automation. You can find our technology in leading IoT platforms across various market segments.
Drive financial results of the Life business segment, including revenue, margin, and profitability
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and market leadership
Oversee the development and management of the Life segment's product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure our wireless solutions are well-aligned with and prioritized to continuously evolving business, market and customer needs
Build and lead a high-performing team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Periodic domestic and international travel required to our global sites and key customers in North America, Europe and Asia

15+ years of experience in business development, sales, R&D, product management, or related field with a focus in wireless products, connectivity, IoT or Bluetooth/BLE
Demonstrated ability to help define and grow innovative products in rapidly changing markets
Proven ability to deliver customer/market demand and financial results
Strong understanding of design/implementation best practices in IoT solutions
Experience developing and leading high-performing teams
Exceptional at communication and skilled at building relationships across levels and functions of an organization
Ability to motivate and influence customers as well as internal stakeholders
Master's/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent)

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $188,300 - $349,700 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
