Our opportunity:

As the Leader for Global Sales Enablement at Automation Anywhere, you and your team will enable the entire sales organization with the knowledge, skills, tools and processes to accelerate sales velocity and productivity. You will lead a global team dedicated to supporting excellence in the field through the development and delivery of on-boarding and on-going enablement programs in partnership with sales leadership across our regions. The successful candidate will develop and own our global enablement plan aligned to our sales strategy and corporate objectives.

Who you’ll report to: You’ll report to the EVP, Global GTM Execution, Sales Operations

Location: Remote role - ability to work within any U.S time zone

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Partnering with sales leadership & management to define enablement needs and priorities
  • Executing effective & innovative on-boarding and on-going training programs for a rapidly growing, global sales organization for all roles (AEs, SEs, ISRs, partner sales, sales managers)
  • Building sales development programs— including content, tools and training— to create a coaching culture and to reinforce selling skills, selling motions, and sales process best practices to increase the velocity of the selling cycle
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on key metrics that measure sales effectiveness improvements and skills development including accreditation programs
  • Prioritizing and aligning enablement needs by identifying biggest sales and skill gaps, while mapping solutions to company priorities across on-boarding, product/solutions training, and role-level learning paths
  • Recruiting, mentoring and leading a team of global sales enablement professionals
  • Curating and packaging required collateral including sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, presentations, best practices, decks, demos, etc. partnering with Product Marketing and other key functions, especially on key launch activities and marketing campaigns
  • Partnering with Sales Operations in driving adoption and training of sales tools & best practice processes.
  • Playing a leadership role in events like annual sales kickoffs
  • Identifying and partnering with existing training, industry, value, and solution vendors to support enablement initiatives

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in global sales enablement with enterprise SaaS companies
  • Consistent and provable history of content creation with specific examples
  • Experience building on-boarding and enablement plans in a successful, high growth environment
  • Proven experience building successful sales enablement programs that include frameworks, sales enablement tool kits and effective management and monitoring approaches that changed sales behavior and improved outcomes.
  • Demonstrates experience and ability to work across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to create a culture of alignment
  • Experience building out competitive programs, personas, and customer references
  • Knowledge of sales tools and virtual learning tools such as

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is 207,000 – 245,000 and outside of those locations is $200,000 – 238,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
