Key Responsibilities:
Designs and delivers clear/consistent customer communications and activities (such as: welcome kits, site materials, customer events, emails, webinars, newsletters, site collateral, portal content, and multimedia).
Oversees regional customer/program launches, coordinating and aligning with global and regional teams.
Measures, analyzes, optimizes, and reports on the impact of customer communications/activities or marketing campaigns.
Ensures account-based stakeholders (customer, scientific community customers, employees, and key supplier partners) understand and embrace key account objectives, adhering to customer and PerkinElmer compliance for corporate and customer communications, marketing, and other relevant policies to ensure global consistency.
Plans and executes regional industry events (event messaging, promotion, coordination, materials, attending in person, leads, event reports, or any other event needs)
Creates, executes, and measures digital marketing campaigns for customer accounts.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Spends time in the field (traveling) to develop a deep understanding of and support the customer’s needs.
Develops communications for customer portals (B2B) or the client’s intranet pages (Yammer, Site Newsletters, on-site LED screens etc.) subject to compliance requirements.
Develops, maintains, and grows customer relationships.
Strong project management skills and an adaptive and flexible attitude. To be successful, the candidate will need to move with the needs of the business while ensuring that project objectives are completed along planned timelines
Uses PerkinElmer’s CRM to review pipeline and upload leads for customers/prospect accounts.
Independently strategizes, meets deadlines, and executes a variety of tactics.
Translates sales goals into marketing objectives and campaign/project plans.
Engages with sales teams to coordinate and maximize the impact of marketing activities.
Monitors budget and effectiveness for owned responsibilities.
Ensures field marketing activities are aligned with business objectives, messaging, and corporate brand.
Well-versed in: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or sciences (must have communications experience if the degree in the sciences). A master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
Minimum of 2+ years of digital marketing experience
Customer facing experience with Events or Sales / Business Development experience or exposure is critical.
Knowledge of Eloqua, SalesForce/CRM databases, DemandBase/ABM platforms
Remote role but must be able to travel 30-40% (approximately once a month)
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideally living in the northeast as that is where the bulk of customers are located.
Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Previous success in leveraging digital marketing campaigns strategies to execute on lead generating activities
General knowledge of laboratory services business and/or pharmaceutical laboratory
Sales experience is a plus.
Spanish speaking / Bilingual is a plus
Travel Requirement:
The candidate will spend time in the field to ensure that they develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities.
Travel for customer activities or program launches.
Travel to support industry events.
Overall 30%-40%
