Sr. Growth Marketing Manager

Celigo is looking for an experienced Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in building pipeline for our Integrator.io platform, driving our demand generation initiatives, evaluating success from these campaigns, and determining next steps for growth.

What would you do, if hired?

  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales team to create successful integrated marketing programs to drive demand for Celigo products or solutions, targeting both business and technical users
  • Build bottom's up lead and pipeline goals, determining which marketing channels make the most sense, and owning the execution plan for these
  • Analyze and track program success against defined return metrics
  • Plan and host online events/webinars to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships
  • Create campaign assets as needed, including presentations, landing pages, emails, automated programs, etc
  • As a key team member of aligned sales teams, participate in weekly team meetings, planning sessions, forecast calls, etc
  • Create email templates and sequences specific to target buyers for both marketing top of funnel email drip campaigns and SDR outreach
  • Roll out campaigns to the sales team, ensuring they know what is happening in their segment from a marketing perspective

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven track record in building successful demand generation programs that produce solid ROI. Bonus points for surpassing pipeline targets.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work on a cross-functional team, who also has the ability to solely execute programs as needed
  • Experience executing programs in a marketing automation platform (ideally Hubspot) and building reports in Salesforce
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage dozens of moving pieces across multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Creative and innovative personality, not afraid to try new things to figure out how to get the best results
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably within the mid-market or enterprise SaaS space

Pay Scale Information

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $115,000 per year and $135,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
