Position Overview

Ceribell, Inc. is looking for a Sr. Information Security Analyst. You will aid the Sr. Director, Information Security and IT coordinate the efforts of the Information Security department, including all staff, technology, projects and incident response. This role will provide support across Ceribell, including IT, HR, privacy, fraud, legal and will identify security initiatives and standards. This role will be a key member involved in numerous audit efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Build excellent working relationships with Cerbiell Business units championing security risk management.
  • Aid Sr. Director, Information Security in the implementation of security best practices per the NIST CyberSecurity Framework.
  • Aid in the enhancement and maintenance of internal Security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to ensure ongoing maintenance of security and to raise Security awareness knowledge company wide..
  • Aid in the implementation of security tooling (i.e. Vulnerability Management, SIEM and Data Loss Prevention Software).
  • Manages and supports audit efforts.
  • Coordinates and facilitates disaster recovery exercises.
  • Proactively adapts to meet new challenges and changes at Ceribell's technical security directions, understands and relays Ceribell's business needs and challenges; recommends strategies
  • Assist in the Project management and coordination of larger Security and IT projects
  • Drafts plans to safeguard files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and meeting emergency processing requirements
  • Works collaboratively within the team, with external third parties and internal groups to achieve desired results and meet Ceribell's goals and objectives
  • Maintains relationships with other vendor regulatory bodies and other related government agencies
  • Creates and maintains information security reports and presentations
  • Assist in conducting enterprise-wide investigations into incidents against Ceribell and/or affiliated customers, suppliers and partners.
  • Assist in building strategic roadmaps for security
  • Train users and promote security awareness to ensure system security.

What You'll Need

  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification or work experience
  • A solid technical background with experience in system delivery
  • IT Security Certification, preferred ( CISA, CISSP), but not required
  • NIST SP 800 - 53
  • FedRAMP, SOC 2 + HITRUST, SOX ITGC
  • Experience in secure coding practices, threat modeling, vulnerability/risk assessment, security architecture reviews, and developing security requirements and strategies
  • Ability to communicate security-related concepts to broad range to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in dealing with customer sales process preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the enterprise and to build supportive and constructive relationships within and outside the organization
  • Strong communication, analytics, and interpersonal skills
