We’re looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer. You will work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field. In your role as Senior Engineer, you will ensure best practices are instilled across the enterprise architecture. You will build out the IT toolset and operational fabric for our users.

You’re excited about this opportunity because…

    • Administer a wide variety of SaaS applications (Okta, Auth0, PingID, Workspace, M365, AWS, Azure, GCP etc.).
    • Keep up to date with new features and new releases to identify opportunities for better automation or features that could be useful for our environment.
    • Manage office network based on a variety of network topologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper etc.)
    • Seize opportunities across the IT Operations team to eliminate manual work through tooling, integrations, and automation
    • Work closely with our operations analysts to identify process improvement opportunities via automation, and execute on those
    • Support junior members of the team with troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues
    • Build and manage distributed local virtualization clusters
    • Design, architect, implement and maintain systems and solutions for various IT-related topics; including but not limited to staff computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, networking, videoconferencing, printers, and phones
    • Maintain on-premise global data redundancy solutions
    • Partner and collaborate with all business units to help them evaluate hardware and software solutions.
    • Able to communicate effectively and concisely with the entire company.
    • Analyze existing processes, suggest and make improvements, and implement business processes where none exists.A desire to learn and expand your horizons; take on new challenges as the business scales.

We’re excited about you because…

    • Prior experience in implementing and administering productivity and communication platforms, multiple cloud environments and other standard business applications
    • Prior experience of designing and implementing tools to maintain and support a distributed user base of different operating systems
    • Expert skill in developing and maintaining ruby and powershell codeSkill in network administration in multiple environments
    • Significant experience in managing Redhat and VMWare virtualization environments
    • Experience in writing effective and scalable Python code
    • Expert knowledge of various cloud components to support development: e.g. Lambda, CodeBuild, DynamoDB, VPC, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, IAM, SES etc.
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Desire to learn new technologies and teach junior members
Pay range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually
