Overview:
The Sr. Manager, Community & Strategic Programs will act as a utility player, driving key solutions and initiatives across the organization. This position will be accountable for delivering outcomes in line with corporate objectives and will be responsible for critical projects on behalf of the SVP of Technical Support , including Ascend and iCIMS Community initiatives. You will serve as a liaison with executives and business stakeholders to ensure organizational goals are met within scheduled timelines and budget. You will work in close collaboration with other departments within Operations, as well as with the Sales, Marketing, Labs, and Finance functions within iCIMS. The position reports into the SVP of Technical Support.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that include new functions to be delivered to our customers through the iCIMS Community, as well as other complex system projects

Implement and execute large organizational, cross-functional enterprise-wide initiatives

Implement repeatable and/or automated processes to track and report on the successful delivery of projects and initiatives against business case/plan, budget and timelines

Bring expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis

Partner with SVP Tech Support office to ensure alignment on key initiatives

Monitor project status to ensure meaningful progress, drafting and distributing periodic dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders

Analyze findings and results, measure impact, and remove any roadblocks with new actions or alterations that are necessary

Ensure planning and communications cascade appropriately from a high strategic level down to an operational level for full visibility and alignment across the business

Develop as a future leader of the organization by working through different projects and areas of the business with a deep level of expertise on how best to drive impact at iCIMS
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in project work, consulting, product management, finance, or technology with Enterprise level organizations

Experience planning and implementing key strategic initiatives in a complex and fast growing organization

High degree of comfort managing multiple, competing priorities in ambiguous environments

Analytical and ambitious with a desire to learn and grow rapidly

Structured thinker, with strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written with the proven ability to effectively translate complex ideas and tailor key messages to multiple audiences

Creative problem solver with the ability to identify real obstacles and viable solutions

Nimble process and project manager who knows how to achieve outcomes

Business insight and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence change

Strong customer commitment and demonstrated experience establishing a “Customer Experience” culture in support of all the business functions

Ability to collaborate across departments, influence senior leaders where appropriate, react to change appropriately
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce or another Customer Relationship Management software preferred
