The BentoBox Marketing and Commerce Platform delivers a seamless guest experience dedicated to accelerating growth and helping restaurants thrive. BentoBox empowers modern restaurants to build their online presence, diversify revenue, engage with diners, and increase operational efficiency. To do so, the platform includes products such as websites, ordering (online ordering, pre-order & catering, gift cards, merchandise, tickets), events management, and marketing tools. 

Over 8,000 restaurant concepts worldwide rely on BentoBox as their digital front door. BentoBox is trusted and loved by hospitality groups such as José Andrés’s ThinkFoodGroup and Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and independent restaurants including Emmy Squared, Suerte, and The Meatball Shop. In November 2021, Fiserv, a leading global provider of payments and financial services technology that enables 200,000 restaurants to deliver differentiating experiences, acquired BentoBox. The acquisition will allow BentoBox to support more restaurants than ever before.

About the Role:

BentoBox is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team and focus on everything related to partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this person will work with Business Development, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and the rest of the Growth team to bring our partnerships to life and ensure they are successful. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and be able to balance both the needs of our partners and BentoBox.

Our environment is fast-paced and requires balancing scrappiness with scale, gut with data, and planning with action.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own strategy & implementation of all online and offline marketing activities to bring new partnerships to life as well as grow existing partnerships
  • Craft & develop marketing content for compelling partner-specific messages and toolkits
  • Collaborate with partners & partner managers to ensure that the joint value proposition for BentoBox and its partners is communicated effectively
  • Identify new areas of opportunity for growth, field incoming co-marketing requests, and prioritize activities according to impact and reach
  • Work with the events team to drive partner engagement at in-person and virtual events through sponsorship, content, and promotion
  • Scale content programs with partners by sourcing case studies, webinar opportunities, and other thought leadership with the Content team
  • Become a subject matter expert by managing a library of existing partners, ensuring all information is up-to-date
  • Manage partner marketing budget and KPIS; measure and report on success metrics to key stakeholders

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in partner marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing to SMBs; hospitality experience is a plus 
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience building sales enablement content, including case studies, fact sheets, sales decks, and educational material
  • Experience working in offline marketing - i.e. events, retail pop-ups, etc. 
  • An ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and be a self-starter
  • Team player, with an ability to collaborate across functions and departments
  • Experience working with a sales and or partner team
  • Highly organized, with an eye for detail and a knack for project management
