Summary:

As our Sr. Paid Social Media Specialist, you will help drive all of Level's Paid Social Media initiatives across paid social channels, owning the strategy, implementation, and optimization of all paid social channels. You will be working with the broader team to create full funnel journeys and build and manage the campaigns in the ad manager platforms for each channel. You will deliver on key KPIs and drive efficient growth, revenue, and user experience for the company during this key stage while continuously optimizing the customer journey for improved experiences. The Sr. Paid Social Media Specialist will be responsible for optimizing all paid campaigns and maintaining best practices in the ever-changing post-iOS14 landscape, and managing the paid consumer journey using third-party attribution tools.

You will work in close collaboration with your counterparts on the consumer marketing team in addition to cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, finance, product, and our executive leadership team. Additionally, you will help manage external agency partners for creative procurement and cross-channel collaborations, be comfortable with presenting data and reports to senior management and have an understanding of best-in-class practices across platforms. You will be excited about the smart home category and the potential that exists to create a holistic consumer journey for our customers.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Design, Implement and Maintain the paid marketing funnel across multiple paid social media channels, including but not limited to: Meta, Twitter, Reddit, Tiktok, Snap and More
  • Conceptualize and implement paid social prospect journeys for each product line, helping to guide the end users to the products that are the right fit for them
  • Own the paid social budget and maintain profitability against the budget
  • Scale paid social channels while maintaining or increasing efficiency
  • Have a strong creative eye and POV on what resonates with consumers and optimize content/messaging accordingly through deep collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Be an expert in driving a D2C business and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, platform opportunities, etc.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure that initiatives are aligned, along with copy and creative.

Education & Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally executing lifecycle marketing initiatives in a D2C or Agency environment preferred
  • Third-party tracking tool experience is a plus (triple whale, north beam, wicked reports)
  • Experience with analytics and data tools, google analytics is a plus.
