Responsibilities

Manage an assigned book of iCIMS’ top advisor (recruitment agency, RPO, and consultant) partners with the goal of strengthening mutually beneficial business relations and driving increased revenue in the form of Referral, Reseller, and Services models

Develop business plan, identify market opportunities, and execute on the strategic goals to grow revenue of the partnership

Responsible for owning pipeline sourced through this book of partners

Persuasively articulate the value proposition of the iCIMS Talent Cloud to partner organizations and clients

Enable the sales organization to leverage existing partner relationships to drive new business pipeline, cross-sell opportunity and positively influence existing business.

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned partners including partner value propositions, markets, business challenges and customer opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to communicate narrative around partner initiatives, transforming data and insights into a compelling story.

Work cross-departmentally to ensure all partner needs are effectively addressed; Serve as a first level of escalation for partner related issues.

Deliver product and sales specific training so partner can sell iCIMS effectively to their clients and prospects.

Assist in the development and future direction of the partner program.

Help train and mentor junior partner relationship managers

Track, measure, report and evaluate partner performance

Meet and/or exceed quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis from assigned book.

Qualifications
-
A minimum of 5 years’ of related experience in alliances/channel, customer success, account management, and/or sales; experience working with or within recruitment advertising agencies preferred or SaaS environment.

An energized self-starter with the ability to navigate and execute across multiple teams in a fast-moving organization

Demonstrated building relationships with internal and external teams, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Strong presentation skills with a consultative and solution/value selling approach

Strong results orientation with comfort working in a quota driven environment

Experience using Salesforce.com to manage opportunities and revenue preferred

Effective organizational and project management skills.

Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and a proactive approach to problem solving

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

Compensation and Benefits
The target total compensation for this role is $82,400 - $109,800
Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
