THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Sr. Procurement Analyst at Xactly Corporation, you’ll be responsible for the full cycle vendor management process. You will work closely with the VP of IT and procurement to support key business partners in selecting vendors and negotiating various contractual terms in an effort to maximize savings and reduce financial risk for the company. You will oversee our purchase order requisition process and will collaborate with the VP of IT and procurement as well as the CFO to ensure vendor spend is tracked and properly reported. You will participate in the ongoing optimization of the tech stack, procurement policies and procedures, and ensuring we are in compliance with laws and company policies, around our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. In addition, you will track and report on key procurement metrics to improve the organization's operational excellence.
THE TEAM
The Xactly Procurement and Finance team is a tight-knit global team looking to expand our capabilities and add efficiencies to our procurement process. We are always looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds, the hunger to achieve, and the openness to learn new ways of solving problems.
THE SKILL SET:
3+ years of Procurement experience and dealing with vendor management (i.e. selecting vendors, payment terms, negotiating contracts, and purchasing goods)
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Administration or other related degree
Ability to work effectively and cultivate strong relationships across all levels of the organization and with external parties
Demonstrated ability to lead difficult conversations and collaborate, facilitate, and achieve consensus amongst key stakeholders
Exceptional written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills requiring a balance of assertiveness, tact and diplomacy
Compelled to drive cost reductions
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL
Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
Build relationships with internal business partners across the organization
Gain a strong understanding of our procurement process and begin communicating with vendors
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL
Have a strong understanding of the business, and tech stack to make recommendations of improvements.
Have started achieving cost savings for the business through vendor negotiations, reductions and consolidations.
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL
Begin to implement the vision for stakeholders to have a cost conscious dashboard of the techstack that you have been developing over the past 6-months
Have command over the procurement function and the related metrics
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL
At 12-months, you will be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide
Have achieved meaningful soft and hard savings for the company through vendor negotiations

The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. A reasonable range estimate is $70,000 to $90,000 and applicable bonus.
