Sr. Product Manager (Remote East Coast)

Our Mission

We make it easy for everyone to build healthy habits and eat more fruit and vegetables by creating innovative products that are highly nutritious, sustainable and delicious.

How We Do It

Just 1 in 10 US adults eats the recommended minimum of 5 cups of fruits and vegetables every day. We're helping solve that problem with convenient, organic, and mouth-watering products. We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving meal moments such as instant smoothies, delicious gum drops, and hearty bowls.

Job Overview

Product Managers at kencko like to build things. Thoughtfully, attentively, fast and slow, and always with our members in mind. We’re on a mission to get more people to their five-a-day, and your role is to help us build digital products that help us reach more people, more effectively and retain them.

You’ll work with Engineers, Analysts, UX Designers, and other internal teams to decide what products we build, why we build them and maximise their impact in our mission. You will be the glue that brings all aspects of a product under a single, cohesive vision. You are passionate, purpose-driven and entrepreneurial.

Responsibilities

  • Find the ‘why’ behind the problem.
  • Solve for the Kencko member, creating solutions that fit the entire member experience, and thinking beyond its isolated parts.
  • Do the hard work to make things look and feel incredibly simple.
  • Break down big problems into valuable pieces delivered at pace and at scale - we’re growing really fast.
  • Fail fast and fail often – until they nail it.
  • Think beyond single-metrics, and understand their interplay within large-complex systems - converting new customers into members keeps us growing, retaining them makes sure we’re meeting their daily needs.
  • Are excited to work hand-in-hand with Growth, Brand, Engineering and Ops, across the business, to deliver valuable experiences to our members

Experience You Bring

  • Product Manager experience at a fast-paced company building digital products
  • Experience with user research and user experience design.
  • Understand technical lingo - you don’t need to have a technical background at all, but you do need to be curious and build product sense around the technical bits.
  • Experience making hard, data-driven decisions (incl. A/B testing, User Testing, Analytics, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Defining Metrics and KPIs)
  • Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Fluent in English

Other Nice -to -Haves:

  • Experience building and buying tech, platform and internal tools to drive growth and retention
  • Experience in a DTC subscription service. Bonus points if that was with a food and nutrition subscription service
  • Experience working directly with Growth, Content, Brand, Customer Service and other creative functions who want to bring brilliant products to life
