Sr. Talent Development Lead

Lead the delivery and program management for effective and leading-edge talent development programs that align with our needs and values. Responsible for the coordination, implementation, measurement, and completion of programs. Impact: a major influencer in differentiating the growth ecosystem at Axonius.

Design effective curriculums and training programs, aligned with our priorities, that improve both individual and organizational performance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Human Resource Management, or related discipline or at least 8 years' experience in adult learning design and development, with at least 5 years' experience in building learning solutions
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and tools including design documents and scripts/storyboards
  • Ability to work independently and function as an effective team player across multiple organizations
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts
  • Strong facilitation skills

Responsibilities

  • Bring deep experience and expertise in adult learning to design, build, deliver and maintain effective training, learning solutions and performance processes
  • Create and implement multifaceted learning curriculum and development programs including asynchronous web-based training, team building, hands-on activities, and post-course evaluations
  • Design learning solutions that are engaging, informative, high quality
  • Manage review cycles
  • Provide ongoing targeted performance coaching during training periods to front line travel consultants with focus on enabling learners to achieve defined performance metrics
  • Partner with the business to diagnose performance gaps in order to engage in targeted coaching to increase productivity and revenue, improving employee experience
  • Partners with operational leadership and serves as an integrated business partner
  • Responsible for designing, developing and implementing global learning solutions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to evaluate learning requests, manage projects on time and on budget, and develop and implement engaging learning solutions
  • Ensure portfolio of learning solutions are in alignment with organizational priorities and requirements, and managing the production and refresh of courses accordingly
  • Establish and maintain cost and schedule estimates and stakeholder expectations during the development of learning programs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand their training needs, assess existing resources to identify the most suitable content to address learning requests
  • Support course production, including reviewing course materials for completeness, spelling, and grammatical errors
  • Manage course files in learning management system, and work with colleagues to upload content into learning management system
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices
  • Proactively conduct relevant research to ensure utilization of industry best practice and to provide fresh solutions

Compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, and experience. The salary range is from $135,000 to $145,000 annually plus an annual bonus, equity, and attractive benefits.
