Electrical Engineer (Intern - Summer 2025)

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking systems/electrical engineering interns for summer 2025. The selected candidate will support the research and development of radar, communications and electronic warfare technologies within our defense and intelligence customer segments. We are looking for individuals to support the design, development and test of advanced radar and communication systems. 

What You’ll Do 

• Analysis and modeling of system design and system performance 
• Systems integration of hardware components
• Verification and validation of system functionality and performance

What You’ll Bring 

• Two years of college with a degree focused in electrical or computer engineering
• A minimum grade point average of 3.3
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills

Ways to Stand Out 

• Coursework and/or experience with signal processing, electromagnetics, digital design, or radio frequency design 
• Experience with MATLAB or Python

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $22 to $26/hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
