As our first legal hire at Infinitus Systems you will work closely with cross-functional teams across Infinitus, be a critical part of our core team, and have a huge influence over the direction of the company. We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our growing team as Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial transactions and contracts, as well as experience in other areas of law, such as corporate, intellectual property, employment, and healthcare law. We are looking for someone who understands both legal complexities and the dynamic nature of a growth startup.The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company's leadership team, as well as for drafting and negotiating contracts, building our contracts process, including any technology needs, managing intellectual property, and providing advice on employment matters. The Legal Counsel will report to the Strategy & Operations Lead.
