Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Live Chat Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall service
