Business Operations Executive / Officer

 Job Summary:

As Business Operations Executive / Officer Your responsibilities include handling data processing procedures, writing business transaction reports, and coordinating with different team members the ongoing production / sales requests. You will be expected to follow up on production and sales activities on and off/ site, provide customer support, proofread documents, develop and complete data sheets.

 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
  • Verifying the data by comparing it from original source of information (sales order, email, catalogue…etc) to maintain the accuracy at all times.
  • Processing invoices and accounts payable, including follow up with vendors regarding late payments or discrepancies in the billings.
  • Receiving and processing incoming mail, distributing mail to staff members, and handling outgoing mail and packages.
  • Following up on sales orders / production process with concerned departments.
  • Providing support to managers by performing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing contact lists.
  • Providing clerical support, such as filing documents and maintaining records in an organized manner.
  • Ensures all quantities / qualities are as ordered and described.
  • Maintain self-development of soft and technical skills to ensure progress in the field.
  • Following job instructions and guidance to detail.  Following and implementing company’s policies and procedures with complete. Maintaining healthy work relations with co-workers and superiors equally.
  • You should NOT reveal/divulge industrial or commercial work secrets and, in general, any matter related to the company’s work, its internal and external affairs, and its work system. It is also prohibited to compete with the employer in the same activity.
  • Follow safety and occupational health and prevention measures as announced in country’s law, company and management.

  • Sound knowledge of office practice and administrative procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with computer software.
  • The passion and strive to make the day to day operation as efficient and effective as possible.
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
