Social Media Manager

creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and growing our online community. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Align social media strategies with business goals and brand identity.

Content Creation:

  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce creative visuals and campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content aligns with current trends.

Community Management:

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster community engagement and build relationships with influencers, followers, and potential customers.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.).
  • Prepare and present reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Use insights to improve performance and make data-driven decisions.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience working in digital marketing agencies is a must.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
