Job Title: Business AnalystOur client is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a thriving organization that values innovation, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence.Job Responsibilities• Serve as a pivotal liaison between technical teams, end-users, and project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives• Facilitate and lead sessions to gather essential business requirements, ensuring all stakeholders’ needs are accurately represented• Translate complex business needs into functional specifications for software/application development, bridging the gap between business and technology• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive business requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flows, contributing to the overall project documentation• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, vision, and timelines, ensuring all project aspects are aligned with the strategic objectives• Conduct thorough research to identify technology solutions that enhance business operations, with a particular focus on Accounting ERP, SAP, and OracleSkills Required• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, reflecting a solid foundation in business or a related field• Prior experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology, showcasing the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, demonstrating the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing excellent time management and organizational skills• Willingness to participate in monthly on-site workshops (3-5 days), demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and development• Openness to potential overtime opportunities, reflecting a flexible and dedicated approach to workAdditional Skills• Experience in Business Operations Logistics, Quality Assurance, Operational Efficiency, demonstrating a broad understanding of business operations• Familiarity with Data Analytics & Modeling, Model Documentation, showcasing the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure & Management, Disaster Recovery, reflecting an understanding of the importance of robust IT systems and processesAbout SSiWith over 25 years of industry experience, SSi People has built its reputation and expertise on putting people first.
