Responsibilities:• Provides general support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations• Simple to complex configuration of Workday modules• Responsible for overall data integrity, with generic data QC and validation of business requests• Transactional record upkeep and updates• Daily reporting/status updates (resource starts/ends, data entry accuracy/errors)• Collaborate with Program Leads and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc.Skills and Experience:• 5 to 10 years experience with Workday HCM, and Recruiting• Workday HCM Certification is a Plus• Workday Recruiting Certification is a Plus• Experience with Workday advanced compensation and other modules is a Plus• Must have a high level of integrity and able to maintain confidential information• Must be detail oriented, analytical, and quality conscious• Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to develop into an HRIS subject matter expert to recommend and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance• Must have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team that is fast-paced, ever-changing high priority environment• Ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams• Strong Microsoft office 365 skills specially MS PowerPoint and Excel ie. Vlookups, Pivots, etc.
