Responsibilities:• Develop, execute and drive the implementation of talent acquisition plans and strategies, assuring a qualified, diverse pool of candidates to fill open positions as well as talent gaps identified through the succession planning process.• Attract, develop and maintain a "ready now" candidate pool through such means as continuous review of resumes, cold calling recommended external candidates, and career fairs.• This position will also mainly cover facilitation of candidate background checks and drug screen process and completing necessary paperwork.• This position will be assisting various recruiters across NY and MA.• This job will also be involved in working directly with candidates and hiring managers.• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruitment status. Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking system.Skills and Experience:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required• Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience required with a track record of success in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment within HR• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, OFCCP, federal, state and local laws and regulations capability requirements• Capable of analyzing collective bargaining agreements to ensure recruitment practices align with intent, spirit and terms of contract• Proficiency in data analytics and Excel
