Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive continuous improvement in our product development process. If you are passionate about Agile methodologies and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, promoting communication and transparency.• Identify and eliminate impediments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of value.• Instill a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and adoption of best practices.• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics to provide visibility into performance.• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog.• Provide coaching and training to teams on Agile principles and practices.Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or other Agile certifications.• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).• Experience in coaching teams to higher levels of Agile maturity.
