Our Hospice McCall team provides compassionate care that allows individuals to pass with dignity in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by loved ones in familiar surroundings.

 

Position Overview:

The RN Case Manager collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload. This direct care role includes providing in-home care focused on symptom management, emotional and spiritual support, medication oversight, education, and coordination with the IDT team. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate a deep passion for caring for end-of-life patients to ensure their needs are met with compassion and respect.

What you can expect from this role:

  • Schedule: Full Time Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with rotating evening/overnight call and weekends
  • Manageable Caseloads: Daily visit requirements are below the state and national average
  • Compensation: Paid hourly which includes drive time and mileage reimbursement for traveling within McCall and its surrounding areas
  • Additional Pay: On-call pay and applicable differential pay
  • Bonuses: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available (where applicable)

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Education: Nursing Degree (ASN or BSN)
  • Experience: 2+ years of RN experience; Hospice or Acute Care experience preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in the state of Idaho; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
